• “I was over half a Billion in Debt... But I still had to smile for the camera. I Never Told Anyone” - Comedian Mr Macaroni

“I never bring my personal issues to social media. I only wish to share this because I want people to learn from my experience.
Between 2021 and 2022, I lost everything I had saved to a scam. I borrowed from different sources just to fulfill commitments.
Still, I showed up for others, even when I was empty. Because that’s who I am.

2024 was a turning point for my Acting career. Two of the films I featured in were screened at international festivals.. my performances in some other films also earned me numerous commendations. However, It was also the most troubling year for me. I was burdened every single day and night knowing that I was over half a billion in debt.

Then came betrayal—sharp and unexpected—from someone I loved like a sister.
That pain nearly broke me more than the debt ever could.

But you see, I’m a warrior! I have never backed down from a fight. When I fall, I bounce back even stronger by God’s grace and I keep my head up. So I gathered myself, and made some very tough decisions and with the help of family and friends who have stood by me, I feel better than I have felt in the last 3 years!

So this message is for anyone in a dark place right now:
    Don’t give up.
People may betray you. You may fall. You may even lose everything.
But as long as you have breath, you have purpose.
Fall if you must. It’s okay to make mistakes and learn from them. What is not okay is to keep repeating the same mistakes. Let love win in your heart—no matter how loud the hate becomes in the world."

  • People Buy Hair in China for 300k and sell in Nigeria for 800k .

When VDM made a video showing how much profits hair vendors make and trying to help young Nigerians connect with Chinese vendors , we heard something like how much is shipping and customs

Last year I travelled to China , bought 15 iPhones and my profits was 250k per iPhone . I paid no customs or shipping . I simply removed it from the boxes and added to my luggage . Hair is NOT heavy , you can package even 100 hair and hold as your hand luggage . The problem with many of you is you think traveling is a mystery and anything entering an airplane costs so much. Omo

“He went ahead to put Kendrick Lamar at the Superbowl halftime over me. I felt Jay & his wife could have helped me have more leverage with my kids, but they didn’t. They could have used their cultural position to help me & not allow the Kardashians run 0ver me. But they didn’t not. It hurt me so much. So f**k Jay & his wife.

  • Olamide and Asake are not friends anymore. Asake hasn't talked to Olamide in over 4 months. Yesterday was Olamide's birthday, but Asake didn't even say 'Happy Birthday!'

A few years ago, Asake really needed Olamide's help. Olamide would help Asake make music, and they would spend time together in the studio. But now, Asake is famous and doesn't want to be friends with Olamide anymore.

Asake has joined a big music company in America and has an American manager. This shows that people are only nice when they need your help. When you help them and they become successful, they change and don't care about you anymore."

  • Prophet Jeremiah Heals Woman, Raises N6.1 Million After Husband Rejects Her

A miraculous healing turned into an emotional drama after a woman, once afflicted with sickness, was rejected by her husband despite her recovery.

The woman, whose identity remains undisclosed, was reportedly healed by Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin during a service at Mercy City in Effurun, Delta State

However, upon returning home, her husband shockingly rejected her, expressing regret that she survived. He went as far as calling her sister to take her away, insisting he would not live under the same roof with her. He also drove her and their children out of the house.

Determined to help, Prophet Jeremiah intervened again during the Cash Inflow Programme at Mercy City on February 28, 2025.

Moved by her plight, he not only prayed for her but also raised N6.1 million to support her. The prophet assured the woman that her husband would eventually come back to beg for forgiveness.

True to his words, during the Sunday service on March 2, 2025, when the money was officially presented to the woman, her husband unexpectedly showed up at the church to plead for reconciliation.

His sudden change of heart sparked outrage among church members, who nearly harassed him for his previous actions. In his defense, the man claimed he did not know what had come over him and promised never to mistreat his wife again.

However, the woman revealed that her husband had shown no concern for her or their children, nor did he even know where they had been staying since he sent them away.

Despite the tension, Prophet Jeremiah urged the woman to forgive her husband and give him another chance. He then presented the N6.1 million to her, securing her financial independence regardless of her decision.

The dramatic turn of events has left many in awe of Prophet Jeremiah’s prophetic declaration and the power of faith

  • On my research on why Living In Bondage was a success, I stumbled upon an episode of Checkmate on YouTube and it's absolute genius. I'm still trying to pick my jaw up from the floor. It was the fastest 25 minutes of my life as I saw myself consuming episode after episode. The actors delivered their role so easily that you would wonder why we are still here if we were this amazing some 30 years ago.

I saw a different Bob Manuel Udokwu - young, speaks clear and smooth English and delivered his line smoothly. I always called her Ego Boyo, but learnt she was Ego Nnamani. Excellent actress. And not until I watched the series, I discovered how good an actor Francis Agu was. I couldn’t stop screaming. RMD is whoever he said he is and more. Believe me, Checkmate is a national treasure.

However, the character that blowed my mind away was Tonye - the wife of Benny Haatrope. That girl deserved an Oscar. I couldn’t take my eyes off her. Her name didn’t ring a bell. I had to search the internet to see that her name is Edyth-Jane Azu. My research revealed that she continued acting, and got married to a fellow actor, Emma Ayalogu. An account said that she got born again, and the screen became the opportunity cost. It is a very interesting story.

Finally, I realized that with Bob Manuel, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Francis Agu, Obiageli Molugbe, and Ruth Osu who were casts in Checkmate, their appearance in Living In Bondage didn’t just gave depth to the great script, but also helped generate publicity for the movie.

I don’t know what you will do today, but whenever you are free, just watch an episode of Checkmate on Youtube.

Amaka Igwe did an amazing job in that series. She set the bar as high as it should be - and that is very high.

I will share what I discovered about the success of Living In Bondage tomorrow. But first, I would love you to watch Checkmate, and tell me which of the actors stood out to you the most.

  • I typically steer clear of gossip, but I made an interesting observation that I can't help but share with you all for your thoughts!

While scrolling through Instagram, I took a moment to check out the page of my favorite actress Regina Daniel. To my surprise, I noticed that she has removed all the pictures and videos of her dashing husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, from her profile.

What could this mean? I'd love to hear what you all think about it!
